Avis Austin

Avis Austin is a Management Psychologist and Organizational Consultant with over fifteen years of experience in a variety of industries. Dr. Austin has 15 publications in relevant journals and publications, and has given numerous presentations both in the US and internationally. Dr. Austin received her doctorate in counseling psychology from Stanford University. Additionally, she holds degrees in biology, electrical engineering, business organizational management, management science and engineering, and health psychology education. Outside of work, Avis serves as a hospice volunteer visiting patients and thfamilies, sharing her expertise and experience as a two-time cancer survivor. DENISE BERGER

 

Denise Berger is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Education from Pepperdine University, specializing in Organizational Leadership.  Prior to starting this new path, she was a Managing Director at Aon, global insurance broker and consultant.  In this role, she was responsible for running the East Coast Operations of the Global Business Unit, which handled the multinational risk management needs overseas of Fortune 500 companies.  Denise was responsible for developing a team of 40 geographically-dispersed professionals, setting best practices for the global practice as a whole, retention and attained double-digit growth year-on-year.  She was part of EXCELerate, a program geared to developing the top 50 women globally, and went on to run the Women’s International Network (WIN) worldwide chapters. In this role, Denise authored many winningview articles on career and workforce opportunities and was a regular on a radio show targeting working mothers.

Denise Berger received her MBA from Fordham University with Beta Gamma Sigma high honors, and received a BA from Colgate University.  Now residing outside of LA with her husband and two children, previously she lived and worked in New York City.
